Heck, it took me 15 years to complete one draft of THE PARANOIA CLUB! I'm confident that you can and will tame the little voices trying to discourage you from finishing the fiction you've started, just as I've been. Now it only took me about 5 years to complete SUBURBAN OUTLAWS! :-) To be fair, I think both of us would finish our fiction sooner if we had nothing else to do but write all day, but as John Lennon sang, life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans. If it's any help to you, whenever I find myself stuck while writing, I just say to myself, "Just write something, ANYTHING. You can always revise it later." That always serves as a jump-start for me.
